August 2017 was the opening of the "First cheese factory" in Father Frost Votchina. Our main purpose was the production of high-quality, organic products. Our cheese-makers produce natural home-made cheese according to the author's recipes and European technologies. All cheeses are farm cheeses: they are handmade with the finest milk from the "Shardengskoe" farm located in Veliky Ustyug district.
These are interesting, complex cheeses that require knowledge, considerable aging, special conditions of maturation, daily attention and, of course, a part of the cheese maker's soul . We do not add vegetable and palm oil to our cheeses, they do not contain milk powder, far less preservatives.

The secret of an excellent taste of our cheeses is professionalism and passion for our work.
